OfferZen Referral Program Terms & Conditions

OfferZen offers our users (“you”) the opportunity to earn rewards by referring people to OfferZen's platform. The OfferZen Referral Program (“Program”) is administered by OfferZen. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to a user's participation in the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to use the Program as outlined below.

Your Eligibility

In order to be eligible for a reward, you must:
  • Be a legal resident of the country where you are located
  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a valid bank account
  • Have a profile on OfferZen, in good standing

When participating in the Program, you must use the same email address that is registered with your existing profile on OfferZen. OfferZen reserves the right to ensure that your email address and profile are valid based on criteria that includes, but is not limited to your activity on OfferZen.

“Referee” is the individual or company who you refer to sign up to OfferZen. By participating in the Program, you represent that you have the Referee’s prior consent to provide their contact information to OfferZen.

Please note that the Program is only available to you personally. Your participation and/or rewards are not transferable to anyone else.

Eligibility For A Candidate Referee

In order to be eligible for a reward, a Referee who is a potential candidate must:
  • Sign up for OfferZen using a referral link provided by the referring OfferZen user.
  • Be approved for entry into the OfferZen marketplace within thirty (30) days of signing up on OfferZen’s website.
  • Accept an offer for a full-time job through OfferZen within ninety (90) days of approval.

Eligibility For A Company Referee

In order to be eligible for a reward, a Referee who is a potential company/employer must:
  • Sign up for OfferZen using a referral link provided by the referring OfferZen user.
  • Be approved by OfferZen when making the referral, which includes confirmation that the company is not already engaged with OfferZen in an active sales process.
  • For a subscription reward:
    • Be accepted to the OfferZen platform when signing up; and
    • Sign up to and make a payment to OfferZen for a subscription contract, within 90 days from the initial referral date.
  • For a lead reward:
    • Be accepted to the OfferZen platform when signing up, within 30 days of the initial referral date.

How the Program works

When you create a profile on OfferZen, OfferZen makes available instructions on how you can refer Referees to the Program. You will receive a link which will be associated with you as the referral source.

If the Referral you referred to both: (i) signs up to use OfferZen as a candidate or employer on a subscription and (ii) is accepted to OfferZen based on OfferZen’s own criteria, then you may be eligible to receive a reward for referring that Referrer.

Making a referral

Participants must respect the spirit of the Program by only referring real individuals/companies who meet the requirements of these Terms and with whom you have a personal or business connection. Referrers cannot refer themselves or make referrals purely for commercial purposes. For example, you may not create multiple or fake accounts with OfferZen or participate in the Program using multiple or fake email addresses or identities.

Multiple referrals

If a Referee receives multiple referral links inviting them to sign up to OfferZen, only the user associated with the referral link actually used by the Referee will receive a reward.

Payment of Referral Bonus

OfferZen will notify you of your reward within 14 (fourteen) days of the reward being earned by you.

OfferZen will use reasonable efforts to pay monetary rewards within thirty (30) days after all the eligibility requirements set out above have been met.

Privacy

In order to refer people and companies to OfferZen and participate in this Program, you will necessarily submit personal information about yourself and the Referees, such as name and e-mail addresses to OfferZen, so that we can send communications to them on your behalf. All personal information will be collected, processed and used in accordance with OfferZen’s Privacy Notice Privacy Statement, which can be found at www.offerzen.com/privacy. You understand that, in addition to the initial communications to Referees, OfferZen may also use the personal information to send a reasonable number of follow-up communications in order to encourage or remind Referees to sign up to OfferZen. The personal information may also be used by OfferZen to contact you with regards to your participation in the Program and to pay any earned monetary rewards to you in line with these Terms.

General

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, then please do not participate in the Program. Users also may not participate where doing so would violate any applicable law or regulations.

OfferZen reserves the right to suspend user accounts if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive or fraudulent. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals as deemed fair and appropriate.
